Hi, I'm Pasquale Russo.

I am an engineer currently working for a multinational company in the agricultural machinery sector. I was born in the beautiful city of Naples, and for the past 26 years, Turin has been my wonderful adopted home.

My journey into the cosmos started early: I received my very first telescope as a gift from my family when I was just 12 years old, and I will always be deeply grateful to them for that spark. Today, my collection has grown to three telescopes, but the fascination I feel when looking at the night sky remains exactly the same.

Throughout my life, I've cultivated three great passions: astronomy, photography, and programming. I always look for ways to combine these three worlds, and that is exactly how DSD Lab was born.

Over the last few months, I have poured a tremendous amount of time, late nights, and energy into writing and perfecting BluTucana. My greatest hope is that you find it to be a useful, reliable tool to plan your own astrophotography sessions.
